Chuunibyou demo Koi ga Shitai! Ren Review

Happy New Year!!! I’m writing this at 10 PM on December 31, 2015, and I think I’ll proofread it after my family is drunk off their rockers. TPAB wants to get this year going on the right path with a long ass review about a show I didn’t like. It’s a KyoAni show, and boy, is it a bad one. This is review number three hundred and forty three. This anime is part of the Winter 2014 lineup, and it’s a twelve episode anime. The anime I’ll be reviewing is called Chuunibyou demo Koi ga Shitai Ren or  “Love, Chunibyo & Other Delusions -Heart Throb-“. Yeah, this one hurts. Let’s read on already.

Love Live! School Idol Project 2nd Season Review

This is review number two hundred and eighty nine. This anime is part of the Spring 2014 lineup. The anime I’ll be reviewing is the second season of Love Live: School Idol Project. It’s a thirteen episode anime about a group of school girls trying to become popular school idols. I absolutely adore the first season back when I first watched it. I honestly expect a lot of great things from the second season. Will it finally deliver on all the lesbian tension it’s been hinting at? Oh wait, wrong show. Let’s read on. Continue reading

No Game No Life Review

This is review number two hundred and eighty one. This anime is part of the Spring 2014 lineup. This anime is also one of the most talked about show of the lineup for some reason. The anime I’ll be reviewing is called No Game No Life. It’s a twelve episode anime about a bunch of unbeatable players trying to conquer the world. It also has some cat girls in it so that’s pretty cool, right? Yeah, it’s pretty awesome but I do have some complaints. Let’s read on.

Kyoukai no Kanata Review

This is review number two hundred and fifty two. This anime is part of the Fall 2013 lineup. I still have some Summer 2013 anime to finish up and some Spring 2013 anime to close but this is a new year and another step for this small site. First of all, let me direct you to the new page I set up called Review Poll. It’s a new experiment of mine where you vote which Fall 2013 anime I should review next. Sounds like fun, right? Drop by the page and cast your vote.

Anyways, the anime I’ll be reviewing is Kyoukai no Kanata. I promised to watch Free last in the Summer lineup so I think it’s a good chance to watch a KyoAni anime first in the Fall lineup. This is a twelve episode anime about a girl that likes to stab people. It’s actually more deep than that but I think the surprise is actually figuring out the plot, if that makes any sense. So let’s read on.

Steins;Gate: Fuka Ryōiki no Déjà vu Review

This is review number two hundred and fifty one. I’ll be reviewing a movie this time around. It’s been a while since I did one. I used to do movie reviews every tenth number but I spent the rest of the year rushing through the Summer lineup that I barely had anytime to watch some movies. I also find them lacking of a good challenge in terms of doing a review so I slowly focused on normal shows instead. I figured I’d sneak one though before 2013 ends. The anime I’ll be reviewing is Steins Gate: Fuka Ryōiki no Déjà vu or Steins;Gate the Movie: Burdened Domain of Déjà vu. It’s the movie of the very first anime I gave a perfect score. Is it as great as the series? Let’s read on.

Love Live! School Idol Project Review

This is review number one hundred and ninety eight. This is part of the Winter 2013 lineup. I have now finished all the relevant anime of this lineup. There are still some leftovers I’ll deal with later on but I’m pretty much done with the lineup. The anime I’ll be reviewing is called Love Live! School Idol Project. It’s a thirteen episode anime about a bunch of cute girls forming an idol group to save their school and deliver some subtle shoujo-ai along the way. Life is good. Let’s read on.

Robotics;Notes Review

This review number one hundred and seventy one. I’m still clearing the Fall 2012 lineup. There is a lot more twenty four episode anime I have to watch. The anime I’ll be reviewing is Robotics Notes. It’s a twenty two episode anime about a bunch of high school kids making a robot. It’s made by Production IG and it is actually related to Chaos Head and Steins Gate. Chaos Head was awful. Steins Gate was perfect. How does this third one fare? Let’s read on.
