This is review number four hundred and twenty one. This anime is part of the Spring 2006 lineup. It’s called Nana, and it’s a forty seven episode anime about a bunch of people having a lot of casual sex. Yeah, this took me a while to finish. Let’s read on.
This is review number three hundred and sixty one. This anime is part of the Winter 2016 lineup. The anime I’ll be reviewing is called Shouwa Genroku Rakugo Shinjuu, and it’s a weird title for sure. Shouwa Genroku is an era in Japan. Rakugo is a performance art and Shinjuu is “double suicide” in English. I think the meaning is a lot more subtle though, but it certainly would’ve helped if we had a simpler title. Anways, it’s a thirteen episode anime about two dudes performing rakugo and one of them dies. Seriously, someone dies. Let’s read on.
This is review number two hundred and fifty. This anime is part of the Winter 2013 lineup. I actually watched this show when it was airing and re-watched it again to write this review. I’ll try to crunch as much anime as I can before this vacation of mine ends. Anyways, the anime I’ll be reviewing is Chihayafuru 2. It’s that cute karuta sports game that has three beautiful main characters. It’s a twenty five episode anime about the competitive sports of karuta. I love this anime back when it aired on the Fall 2011 lineup and I think the second season is a long time coming. Is it worth the wait? Did the second season meet the awesomeness of the first season? Let’s read on.
This is review number two hundred and twenty six. This anime is part of the Fall 2011 lineup. Look at that. I’m in a brand new lineup. I’m actually excited since there are a lot of great anime in this lineup. I’m starting with one that I am dying to watch. The show I’ll be watching is Princess Jellyfish or Kuragehime. It’s an eleven episode anime and its part of the noitaminA lineup. God, this legendary block has had some ugly hurdles. Watching Princess Jellyfish reminds me how promising noitaminA once was. Anyways, this show is about a girl and a guy and some jellyfish. It’s cute. Let’s read on.
This is review number two hundred and sixteen. This anime is part of the Spring 2013 lineup. There are a lot of anime in a Spring lineup and catching up to them is hell sometimes. The anime I’ll be reviewing is Karneval. I recently finished UtaPri so I shut down for a good hour after watching an episode of this anime. It’s another thirteen episode anime about hot guys and hot guys liking one another but not enough that they’d f*ck each other. It’s a nice anime for people who enjoy bishies in their bland stories. Let’s read on.
This is review number ninety two and holy crap, I’m close to a hundred. I’ll be reviewing a Summer 2012 anime this time. It’s Utakoi and its thirteen episodes long. It’s a historical anime and it’s really hard to follow. It’s a bit difficult for a twelve episode anime that are mostly a single story about certain people. This anime had twelve stories about a lot of real historical people. Are you prepared to watch that kind of anime? Let’s read on.
This is review number eighty and thanks to a broken hard drive, I’ll be reviewing the Summer 2012 anime lineup now. Yeah, I have a lot to see in the other lineup but the hard drive I store it in is now broken. Oh well. The anime I’ll be reviewing is Natsuyuki Rendezvous that is one of the anime released under noitaminA. This is an amazing eleven episode anime that I urge everyone to try. Let’s read on.
Hello there. *waves* This is review number fifty four. It’s still part of the Fall 2011 line up. Our country was devastated by flood by the way and almost ruined my laptop. Some of the flooded area has chest high rain water invading their homes. I escaped to the countryside where the canals are cleaner compared to the city. It’s the second time the Philippines got a town or two disappear in the flood. Please pray for the lives of the people who are devastated by the flood. I was lucky cause the province has high mountains. No floods here, just landslides. XD
Anywas, I’m reviewing Chihayafuru. It’s a twenty five episode anime about the traditional japanese game called karuta. It’s one of the best in the Fall lineup. It looks like a lot of heavy hitters aired last Fall. I’m not including Guilty Crown since people hate it. I don’t know why but meh. Let’s just read on already.
Hello there. This is review number thrity four of my goal to reach a thousand. It’s another anime on the Spring 2012 lineup and the anime that aired on noitaminA along with Tsuritama. It’s called Sakamichi no Apollon or Kids on the Slope. It had much hype because the anime is directed by Shinichirō Watanabe who is directed Cowboy Bebop. Isn’t that interesting?
Any anime under noitaminA has been awesome so I know this one will be too. Let’s read on.
